Løkken happened to be having the yearly molefest, or pier festival, and we’ve been enjoying that.
This morning we woke up late and I wanted to go explore early as possible so I walked to the pier on my own to get rondstykke or bread with seeds and a marmalade made from a local seaside berry, and coffee (of course). I go there just in time to get the last one and then went to sit at North shore Surf cafe where I’m writing this.
Yesterday I met the girls (India (14) & Kiaya (18)) and we went to the beach house – which is a 1-room building that is set on the sand on the beach. We ate and played two board games there. It was too cloudy or we would have been able to watch the sunset. It started to rain before we left.
